Swedish
Oil Massage
Swedish Oil Massage is an extremely relaxing therapy that uses long gliding strokes to relieve muscle tension and stress, bringing your whole body to a new level of peace and calm. Swedish Massage is also excellent for assisting circulation and promoting lymphatic drainage. For the benefit of Aroma-Therapy, choose an essential oil to be used during your session from our wide selection.
Deep Tissue Massage increases circulation while breaking down scar tissue. Myofascial Mobilization can be incorporated to elongate the muscle and release the connective tissue. The pressure used is deep, but will always be to the level that is comfortable to the client.
Pregnancy Massage employs the use of a combination of techniques all to aid in the relief of many common complaints, such as low back tension, nausea, digestive trouble, swelling, and overall preparation for delivery.
