Chinese Medical Massage, or Tuina, is a clothed massage
that uses ancient rolling and percussion techniques
along with stretching to increase range of motion
for the limbs and spine. Tuina can work deeply into
muscle structure to relieve specific areas of pain
and tension associated with different forms of soft
tissue injuries and trauma, whether from sporting
or auto accidents. Different forms of Acupressure
such as Shiatsu and Jin Shin are often incorporated
with the Massage which can remove obstructions in
the body's energy pathways. Tuina can be used successfully
in conjunction with other medical treatments or Chiropractic
care. Tuina & Acupressure is one of our most popular

Swedish
Oil Massage
Swedish Oil Massage is an extremely relaxing therapy
that uses long gliding strokes to relieve muscle tension
and stress, bringing your whole body to a new level
of peace and calm. Swedish Massage is also excellent
for assisting circulation and promoting lymphatic
drainage. For the benefit of Aroma-Therapy, choose
an essential oil to be used during your session from
our wide selection.
Deep Tissue Massage increases circulation while breaking
down scar tissue. Myofascial Mobilization can be incorporated
to elongate the muscle and release the connective
tissue. The pressure used is deep, but will always
be to the level that is comfortable to the client.
Pregnancy Massage employs the use of a combination
of techniques all to aid in the relief of many common
complaints, such as low back tension, nausea, digestive
trouble, swelling, and overall preparation for delivery.

Position
Release
Position Release is a pain free way to release muscle
tension as a wonderful alternative to massage for
ones who prefer a lighter touch, without loosing any
effectiveness. It uses gentle compression techniques
and various positions of comfort for the body to release
chronic patterns of pain that may be stuck in the
bodies nervous system. Position Release helps to relieve
pain resulting from injuries, improper posture, or
even emotional trauma. This therapy allows you to

Raindrop and Vita Flex Therapy
Raindrop Therapy utilizes the antiviral, antibacterial
and anti-inflammatory action of several key essential
oils by applying them onto the spinal area of the
back, releasing the power they have to bring the body
into structural and electrical alignment. Light massage
strokes are used to feather the oils in along the
spine, and a warm compress that covers the area ends
the session and relaxes you completely.
Vita Flex Therapy uses these same powerful essential
oils along reflex areas in the feet and employs a
fingertip massage technique. Both Vita Flex and Raindrop
Therapy can be done together, separate, or in combination
with any other bodywork.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle
that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands
which correspond to all of the glands, organs and
parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method
of using the thumb and fingers on these reflex areas
to bring about change. Reflexology increases circulation,
improves nerve impulses, and decreases stress and
tension. People of all ages can benefit from Reflexology.
It is profoundly relaxing, and is a perfect compliment
to any other therapy a person may be receiving. A
full session of Foot Reflexology is done in 45 minutes,
but you may choose to extend your session to an hour
by combining Vita Flex Therapy or a Paraffin Dip for
the ultimate foot experience.

Ear Candling
Ear Candling is a safe and soothing way of removing
old embedded ear wax, fungus and bacteria. Candling
may decrease the symptoms of tinnitus, sinus pressure,
